Question 1

What does Verbtext offer?

Accepted Answer

Standardized Voice & Accent (CEFR-aligned), Chat, Email and Typing evaluations for BPO hiring, with verified candidate dossiers and a recruiter workspace to track every candidate.

Question 2

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

You buy packs of tests, not credits. Each Voice, Chat, Email or Typing assessment uses one test; a concurrent Chat session counts as one test. High-volume teams can contact us for enterprise plans.

Is there a free pilot?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Approved employers get 6 free tests to try the platform before buying a pack.

Question 4

What do I receive for each candidate?

Accepted Answer

A dossier with contact details, scores, a detailed report and integrity signals from verified assessments, downloadable as a PDF.

Question 5

Are results final hiring decisions?

Accepted Answer

No. Results support your team's judgement. Every hiring decision should be reviewed by people.

Question 6

How do I invite a candidate?

Accepted Answer

From your Workspace, enter the candidate's name, email and WhatsApp number, choose the assessments, and send. The candidate receives a private link.

Question 7

Can candidates take tests without an invitation?

Accepted Answer

No. Assessments are available only through a recruiter invitation or an access link issued by our team.

Question 8

What happens after a candidate finishes?

Accepted Answer

You see their results in your Workspace, can update their status, send feedback, align the next interview round and download their dossier.

Question 9

Can my company's branding appear?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your company name and logo can appear on invitations, the assessment screen, status emails and PDF reports.

Question 10

Only the inviting recruiter and authorised Verbtext staff.

Question 12

How long is data kept?

Accepted Answer

Assessment records are kept for up to 24 months after last activity, then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires longer.
