Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Orders and payment arrangements
Online checkout is not currently available. Verbtext manually activates client accounts and agrees payment and invoicing directly. Before purchasing, confirm your pack, currency, taxes, activation date and cancellation terms in writing. This draft does not replace your signed client agreement or statutory rights.
2. Requesting cancellation or a refund
Contact Verbtext through the Contact page with your company name, order or invoice reference, payment date and reason for the request. Avoid sending candidate recordings or sensitive personal data. Verbtext will review the request against the agreed order, services delivered and applicable law. No fixed processing deadline or blanket refund eligibility is promised in this draft.
3. Unused and completed tests
Paid packs provide a 30-day campaign, not a recurring subscription. Unused tests expire at the campaign end; expiry alone does not establish a refund entitlement. Completed evaluations and delivered reports are services already performed. Cancellation treatment for unused tests must be confirmed in the client agreement before payment.
4. Technical failures and duplicate charges
Report platform-caused interruptions or duplicate payments to Verbtext. We will investigate saved assessment records and payment evidence and agree an appropriate remedy under the client agreement and law, which may include restored access, a replacement evaluation or a refund. An unusable candidate recording is flagged for review or retest, not automatically treated as a billing error.
5. Pilot accounts and legal rights
The six-test pilot is free on approval, so no payment refund applies. Pilot feedback does not automatically grant additional tests. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer or other legal rights. Final eligibility, refund method and processing periods require Verbtext approval before this policy is adopted.
